Our system mimics a file cabinet structure. However we have many advantages over the traditional paper systems. We can find Applicant or Employee folders based on any piece of information related to the person. Last Name, First Name, DOB, SSN ,Address, Zip Code, Department, Supervisor, Hire Date, Term Date. All of that information is recorded once and used many time for various functions in the document system.


Drag and drop the email attachment into a Applicants folder under the Application TAB. Use the appropriate naming template and push the FILE button


Yes, as a matter of fact once all the demographic information on a Applicant or Employee is added to the folder index, we can use that information over and over to pre-populate forms. Whether it's on-boarding forms and on-going employment forms such as Employment Change forms, Enrollment forms etc. all can be prefilled.


Yes, you can easily right click and ROUTE a word document, PDF form or scanned PDF to any other user in the system. That workflow is recorded with dates and time helping with accountability and finding bottlenecks in any business process. WF is great for approval processes. Its a very efficient use of the system too.


We build naming templates for every document that will be filed. This is to keep all users consistent on naming. This takes  some time to do but well worth the effort in the log run.
