We custom build a Policy or Insured file cabinet to store, manage and track all documents related to a policy or insured.


You can have a as many cabinets as needed and we can structure each one differently. However, with the use of folder indexes we can easily separate various types of clients or policies within the same filing cabinet.


Yes, when a folder is created we can have a drop down menu to label this policy correctly.


Yes, when a folder is created for a policy or insured, it can have any demographic information about the policy holder, property insured and even basic policy information. Enter this data one time and use it over and over in searches.


Yes, we want to have a tab for pictures in every folder. This is done when we build the cabinet structure and you get to help decide on structure and what data is entered for each policy and/or insured folder.
